Within a Shared Mailbox, can a reminder be set on all incoming mails that
haven't been actioned within a certain period of time.
In the Rules and Alerts you can flag a message for action in a number of
days, but I need a rule to flag all mail that hasn't been actioned within an
hour of receipt?
This maybe a scripting exercise, but if there is an easier option, would
like to know how.
