I have a Database that I built which tracks the amount of times someones name appears in it. I was wondering if there was a way to set it up that when a persons name appears 3 or more times that it is flagged by beeing highlighted. Then once this flag (highlight) is acknowledged is there a way to then unhighlight it until the name appears again. for example. "Ken" appears 2 times in the database, when it appears the 3rd time Access would higlight all three entries. I acknowledge this and then they become unhighlighted, but should his name appear again all 4 would be highlighted
