Automatically import tables into Excel using ODBC

Hello -

I need to schedule a daily import of rows from tables using ODBC, importing
all rows from the day before. Does anyone know how to set this up or is
there a way of programming it via VBA?

Also, to be able to test it I need to also be able to schedule it to be
imported in ten-minute intervals.
