Automatically open hyperlink

I want to open a hyperlink automatically.

When I open a report, I want the hyperlink that was inserted on the report
page to open automatically, how do you do this?

Also, I use a swichboard and I want to open A hyperlink when a click on the
switchboard item, how do you do this?
