Hello,
We have an Exchange server and most employees are using Outlook 2003, but we
have offsite employees and contractors who use different email clients. We
have a few distribution lists and would like to have it so whenever anyone
sends an email to one of the distribution lists, Outlook automatically places
the name of the distribution list in brackets at the beginning of the subject
line.
We have not found any straight forward way of doing this with Outlook rules
on the client or server side. Does anyone know if this can be done without
bending over backwards?? One little tag placed first in the subject line of
an outgoing mail??
Thanks
