automatically print a letter head

i need help about how to configure the printing options in microsoft
word2003, in a way that even when i write on a blank page and i print the
text, it will be automatically printed with an existant letter head that i
have. is it possible?

well no, i am just printing on white papers, but i want to know if it is
possible to automatically print a preset letter head along with the text i
typed in microsoft word without having to place a paper on which a letterhead
is printed or select a letterhead for the page i am writing on word

To be able to print on an existing letter head you will need to format
the page in such a way that it does not print over your existing letter
and always start at a specific point.

There should be a area that is blank with no text where the your latter
head detail would appear. One way of achieving this goal is to open a
text box and size it to the point where your date or salutation start.

At the bottom of your screen you should have the Drawing toolbar and
you will find the text box there. Click on the textbox and size the
testbox you need. You will notice a frame around the textbox that will
print. Change the setting for the text box to no border to eliminate
that problem.

AN easier way to create the open space would be to goto format paragrap
and increase the space before to the space you need.

The other method could be used if you want to see the letter head bu
do not want to print it and format it as hidden text that would no
print.
