Automatically Removing 3-D References

Hello All - I have a workbook that contains a totals sheet. Every week a new
workbook comes out with updated data and I want to move the totals sheet to
the new workbook. When I move the totals sheet to the new workbook, the
totals page contains references to the old workbook. Is there a way to
update the sheet so it looks at it's local workbook instead of pointing to
the older one. I have been updating every cell manually to remove the
reference.

- select your data range
- copy the data
- goto 'Edit - Paste Special' and choose 'Values'

After moving the totals sheet to the new workbook, do Edit>Links>Change Source
(or similar), find and select the new workbook and the totals sheet will refer
to the sheets in the new workbook.
