automatically reply when calendar receive meeting request

Hi all,
I have a question with calendar.
I have created a meeting room as resource, and disable the inbox ability,
because I don't want to receive any message. The meeting room is only a
publish resource, it only receive calendar request and automatically accept
it. The question is how could I auto reply a template message when the
meeting room's calendar is booked?
