"Automatically resize to fit content"

Hi,

In word, When adding a table, the option "automatically resize to fit
content" is check on by default. Is there any way to remove this setting buy
default.

No, there is not. Unfortunately. Best you can do is replace the Word
functionality for inserting a table with your own code...

You could create a table formatted the way you want and save it as an
AutoText entry.
