Automatically save attachment

I am very new to Outlook VBA, and I was wondering if it would be possible to
write a macro that would automatically save an attachment when an email is
opened?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

The code sample at

attachments from all selected items. It could be modified to do that for
opened items. See if that helps.
