Automatically save attachments rule in Outlook 2003?

Is it possible to create a rule that "when from a specific person and with
an attachment, move the message to a specific Outlook Folder and save the
attachment to a specific folder on the PC" ?

I get several Excel spreadsheets from a few sources and I would like to have
them stored automatically to a folder on my PC when I check my mail.

If not natively, can this be done with any special scripting, etc. available
online?
