Hi everyone. Any help here would be gratefully received. I've spent the morning exploring and am unbale to find a way to get word to do what I want. Not sure if it's possible.

In my work, I undertake several activities in a day, recorded in one word document. Each activity is used to explore up to six aspects. I record my findings as follows:

Activity overview - a description of what I'm doing/looking at then:
- a summary about what I've found about aspect 1
- a summary about what I've found about aspect 2
- a summary about what I've found about aspect 3
- a summary about what I've found about aspect 4
- a summary about what I've found about aspect 5
- a summary about what I've found about aspect 6

I will repeat this process for several activities in one day.

My question is this: Is it possible to 'send' or automatically 'copy and paste' what I've found for each aspect, across all activities, into one place (whether that is in another document or somewhere within the same)? Eg - automatically combine all my 'aspect 1' then 'aspect 2' etc.

If you've been kind enough to read this, I hope it makes sense. Apologies if not.

Any help or advice would be gratefully received.
