Automatically shut down database at a particular time

Is there a way to have a (A97 – multi-user) database shut down at a
particular time? For example, I would like the database to shut down at
8:00pm. I would like for the database to display a “database will close 5
minutes†message then a 1-minute message then close down. Any suggestions?
