automatically turn email to task

hello,
i am running outlook 2003.
is there a way to automatically turn an email to a task?
i would think there is a menu item on the action bar or something. but it
does not look that way.

if you Left mouse drag, you'll make a copy of it in your Tasks folder. If
you Right mouse drag to Tasks, you can select Move when you release it on the
folder.

That usually is better than have a copy you need to delete from the Inbox.
