Automatically update distrbution list when I add contacts

Is there a way to automatically update a distribution list when I add new
contacts? I have a distribution list setup for my entire company, however,
whenever new hires come in, I have to manually add them to the distribution
list. Is there a way to automatically do this whenever I update/add my new
contacts? I don't mean update by updating existing contacts, but update as
in add new people.

Open a contact. See the "Categories" field in the lower right? Click Help
and enter "categories". Read about them.
