Automating Email with Outlook Express

Guys,

I'm assisting a dept of the local government to send a newsletter to a
couple hundred users. I'm using Outlook Express for that and I'm placing a
dozen or so email addresses on the bcc field so the newsletter doesn't get
flagged as SPAM (and I'd lose this job...). I've got the list of email
addresses in a text file.

There must be a way to automate this with vbscript or something similar.

Can anyone help me with some hints or ideas?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
