Automating Info Within the Microsoft Product Family

I am looking to automate data from an Access file to place a note on an
Outlook calendar. More specifically, we want it to calculate 30 days, 90
days, 150 days and 270 days beyond a specified date in Access and carry a
note accordingly to the Outlook calendar.

I originally posted this question in the Access Macros forum, but was
advised that a macro would not really perform the tasks I'm looking to set
up. Any ideas on how to set this up or suggestions? Specific instructions
would
be most helpful. Thanks!
