I have a database containing a large amount of environmental data from a
sampling programme which I am using Access to analyse. The process which
occurs is that the user inputs two parameters into a form, these parameters
are used to generate two tables and then these two tables are compared with
the query returning data which matches, that which is unique to the first
table and that which is unique to the second. This is then exported into
Excel file and assigned a unique name. I have automated the process so that I
only need to input the two parameters into the form but I was wondering
whether there is any way to automate the process of inputting the data.
Effectively I have a table which contains a list of the pairs of parameters
(in two sperate columns). Is it possible to automate the process so that
Access takes the first pair of parameters, runs the query, outputs the files
then takes the second set of parameters, runs the query etc.
Thanks for your help
