Automation error. 440

Does anyone know how to fix automation error (error 440). Everytime I use APA
guidelines and need to insert a citation, this error pops up and prevents me
from using APA.

Actually I found the answer to this if the problem is through APA. Go to
Perrla.com and there are instructions that address this very problem. I
followed the directions to a "T" and my prob. was solved.
