Hello, I have created the following in a access and word. A query that
extracts data I require in a document. A word document. A mail merge in the
document that is points to the query mentioned above. A macro that does call
the document. A command button that calls the macro.
With all this I wish to automate the whole printing of the document. I want
the following: 1) completely invisible to the user. (No popup messages
requiring input)
2) The document mail merge extracts only the record I am
requiring the data to be attached to the document.
I have concidered creating a macro within word that simulates the responces
a person would have to perform such as click ok touse the database being
pointed to. I would also add this macro name to the command line arument in
the acess macro which calls word and the document itself using the
/mMacroname parameter
I would prefer the least amount of programing if possible. Using the macro
feature in Access.
Thank you all in advance for your input.
