automation report server

I am trying to use access as an automation report server. My question is how
to remove almost all of the normal access functionality. I have created an
..mde db and by using the startup, I can remove most of the menus but I still
have the Windows and Help builtin menu items and some keyboard commands still
work, eg Cntr-N etc.
What I want is to open a report which the user can print if desired. I
don't want the user to be able to do anything else, eg open another .mdb,
etc. Is is possible to do this?

Visio now supports a drawing control that relies on the container app for
the UI That would work nicely here. Does access support such a control? If
it does, I haven't been able to find it.

Another question, I am currently using access 2003, what ever happened to
the /runtime commandline option?
