I'm new to VBA - a few custom macros here and there - but
would like to set up some repetitious tasks to be
automated.
Admittedly, I'm one of those people who forgets to attach
files to emails, then has to resend them later. Thus, the
need for automation.
I have some weekly reports (Friday evening and Monday
morning, respectively) that I need to attach to emails.
These files update weekly, so I can't just attach the
current copy to it - I need something dynamic, that will
attach the latest version each week. This one report also
has a custom date to it as well - each Saturday's date on
each Friday report. These files are kept on a network
drive, but I'm guessing that won't complicate things.
Is there some way to make this happen? I'd like to stay
within Outlook, or even Excel (I'll check out on that ng
as well). Thank you!
