Automatization in Office 2003

Hi all together,

I hope someone can help me!

I've got a somewhat complicated query:
I plan to create a form in Infopath which selected data will be send and
stored in an Access-database which will be lying in a Netowork folder. This
Infopath form shall be used by several users within the domain which all have
access to that folder, so Group policy issue here.
So far this I can manage, my problem is that there are several data which
have to be stored in the Datadase along with the sended data from the form
which have to be generated automaticly to minimize the time spend for a user
to fill and sen dthe form. This were i'm stuck!

Maybe important to mention is that we work in an entire MS-Network and have
Office 2003 Enterprise edition for usage. Means we're XML capable in Office.

1) First of all a user has to be attached to the data send through the
infopath form, but as i said i want to avoid that the user has to selct i
himself due to time-issues (sending the form can count up to a 50 times a
day!) Neither do I want to personalize the form, mean a form for every user!
Means that somewhere or somehow I have to retrieve the username or some sort
of identification whom the form is coming from! I haven't got a clue!?
Important is that in the end on every sended form there is a Username
attached to the data.

2) A bit easier (I guess) is the time and the date! This as well have to be
attached with every sended amount of data and be captured in Access. And as
before, without the user having to select or enter it.

The idea is for a report, there has to be data selected and stored in the
access database, for each data-amount I need to know from whom it comes and
at which time and date he has send it. This is absolutely neccesary!

I have considered the possibility to create a form in Outlook like an
infopathform...since there are userID and time within outlook present. Maybe
it's possible to send that data through outlook to the access database and
capture it along with email address and time!?

I'm greatfull for any response , thought or possible scenarios in which I
could acomplish this.

Kind regards
Edwin
