I am in charge of 40 work trucks and I am currently keeping track of the
vehicle service intervals manually. Our drivers give me the current mileage
every week then I schedule them accordingly. There are 11 maintenance items
that i have to schedule for each truck, ranging anywhere from 3000 mile
intervals up to 60000 miles. I am currently using Excel 2003 but I do have
