Autoreceive problem

Greetings,

Running Outllok 2002/SP3 on a W2K machine. Mail connections to local
Exchange and SMTP/POP3 servers. Exchange auto receives every four minutes.
SMTP/POP3 server only receives when 'Send/Receive' button is pressed.
Checked all settings, everyhting looks right, but still does not work. Any
ideas???
