I am having a problem with an Autorecovery document in Word on a Terminal
Server. I am running Office 2007 on the server. The first person who got the
Autorecovery window was cleared by going into regedit to
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12\Word\Resiliency and deleting the file
there. The problem is that now the Autorecovery window is showing up on all
of the Terminal server users. Where can I go to clear this? The first person
cleared has the problem again, so is there a common template I need to clear?
