autoresponder in outlook?

Hi,

I read somewhere that outlook can support automated
follow-up messages similar to an autoresponder.

Basically I want to be able to send automatic emails out to
potential clients who contact me. After my initial
response I want to the system to send follow up emails at
different intervals that I specify.

Is this possible? I'm using outlook 2003.
