AutoSave for Project 2000 and Project 2003

Does the client have the ability to set autosave times for Projects on the
local machine in case they accidentally do not save or a power outage? These
people save the final project to the server but forget to at times and can
the somehow have autosave on like Word does?

In Project 2003 and Project 2007 you can set Autosave through Tools

Options, Save tab.
