autoshape in a table

I am having two problems with circle autoshape in a table. First, when I try
to move the autoshape or adjust the autoshape it often disappears. Second,
when you place the autoshape behind the text and then want to adjust it, how
do you click back on the autoshape? Thank you.

Problem 1: Format Autoshape, Advanced Layout, Picture Position, ensure that
"Layout in table cell" is checked.
Problem 2: For any image/shape that has been sent to Behind Text, click on
the Select Objects icon, a single white arrow on the Drawing Toolbar, this
will alow you to select any Behind objects.

The above is for 2003 and prior, for 2007 instructions may differ but
hopefully this will indicate the right direction.
Hope this helps

Okay, select objects button very helpful, didn't know that existed.

"Layout in table cell" is checked. I still can't move my shape, when I do,
it is like the table absorbs it. Is there anyway to attached the docuent, it
isn't confidential information.

FYI, there is also the Select Multiple Objects icon, white Arrow over two
squares, that is very useful as well, but this icon is "hidden" in the
Customise, Commands, Drawing listing.
You cannot attach files to this forum, posters in the past have used public
FTP sites to show the problems they are having. I personally don't knwo these
sites (I have a good corporate one to use :)
Repost here if you find such a site with the URL and I can have a look for
you.
All the best

moving in a table, or have an email I can sent the documet to to take a look
at? Thank you Dean for trying to help.
