When I try to enter "FileName" as an autotext entry in Footer, it appears as
a series of blank rectangles despite the font being set as Arial (or Times
NR). I have tried changing the font, and editing the text but it stays the
same. This is also happening to two other PCs in a small office network
running Windows XP Pro and MC Office XP Pro.
