AutoText Error

I have a user who uses Word XP and in her documents she
inserts another word document file. THis has worked fine
for over a year. Now all of a sudden she has this error
that states "After saving this document in Word Document
all AutoText entries will be lost and the document can no
longer be used as an AddIn. Do you want to save this
format anyways?"

If you say no....nothing happens...doesn't save...doesn't
close etc.

If we say yes it saves...but so far no AutoText entries
have been lost.

So far this hasn't caused any problems Any suggestions to
why or what I should do or look for?

All suggestions muchly appreciated!

It sounds as though you are inserting a template rather than a document. A
template is always a template - even if you rename it and give it a .doc
extension. Word knows it isn't a document and is really a template.
