AutoText Toolbar in Outlook 2007

O

Outlook Addict

In Outlook 2003 you could create custom toolbars that had your auto text on
them, you could click on the word and the auto text was inserted into your
email. I know in Outlook 2007 there is quick parts but I am not a fan on the
drop down menu (as I have a lot of auto texts to display and search through).

Is there any way to create an autotext toolbar and place it under the ribbon?

THanks,
Jen

That is not possible. You can add the list option to the Quick Access
Toolbar but not individual items.

The Quick Templates addin by MAPILab allows you to assign shortcut keys to
entries. Would that help you?

Another addin is Quick Text Hotkeys from Sperry Software.
This is similar to the one from MAPILAb.
