Autotext

I have a user whose Autotext decides not to work intermittently. A new entry
works fine. I ran the repair. Word XP, Any ideas?

Autotext is stored in normal.dot. If autotext isn't working properly, I'd
create another DOT file, use the organizer to copy all the entries into a
new document, then get out of Word. Find existing normal.dot and move it.
Rename the new template to normal.dot and put it where the old one was.
