availability of resources over several projects

Hi all,

who can help me out with adding the availability "per
named resource" to the portfolio analyzer. I can't figure
out how to report on remaining availability.

Paul:

To do this, you create a calculated field in an analyzer view that subtracts
[work] from [availability]

Drag your availability and work fields to the column fields area
Drag the resources and time dimensions to the row fields area in the order
you want to slice the data
Click the Calculator icon in the toolbar to create the calculated field
