Availability recurring meetings

I have 2 users who are unable to more than two months in advance when trying
to set up meetings or appointments.

All they see are \\\\\\\\\\\\\\ lines. Please advise!!!!

The default free/busy publishing length is two months. The people whom the
users are trying to schedule haven't changed their free/busy publishing to be
longer than that. The users should call them and suggest they do so.
