average of a sort of numbers

what i need is a formula, that will take the average of 3 out of 5 numbers , dropping the highest and the lowest numbers
any help would be appreciated.

One way

=TRIMMEAN(A1:A5,2/COUNT(A1:A5))

or

=TRIMMEAN(A1:A5,40%)
