Avery 8126 shipping label WASTE problem

I use these labels, which say there's 50 labels per pack, because on
each of the 25 sheets, there are 2 stickers.
The problem I'm having is that 1/2 of the page is the label I need to
use and the 2nd 1/2 is the receipt for the label. So I'm not getting
50 labels, but 25.
Is there an option to only print the label without printing all the
receipt info?
All I do with the 2nd 1/2 of the page is trash it.

Maybe I could cut the page in 1/2, which would mean the only part I
need would be printed, but then the 2nd 1/2 of the label would get
printed...I don't know where.

Any ideas?

Are you creating the labels in Microsoft Word? If yes, what version of
Word? If no, what application are you creating the labels with?

Word 2007 has built in template for this label. Previous versions don't have
them built in but you can get the template for Word from Avery where their
blank templates for this label is

Open it in any version of Word and customize to your heart's content.

Without knowing what program you are using to print that also prints
"receipt info" we can't help more. Word doesn't do this natively and,
AFAIK, no other Office program will do it unless it is programmed to do it
that way.

I print them right from the paypal website. I have a digital scale, so
all I do is plug in the info (weight, package size, etc) and click
print.
I'll check out the Word program though, thanks!

I found out what it is.
When I print the labels out, I needed to go into the "printer
settings" and uncheck the box that says "print receipt".
Isn't it always something that simple?? =)

Now, I just need to tell it to stop printing the "page 1 of 1" message
at the bottom & I'll be good to go!

I would like to know if that is in the PayPal website or a printe
setting. My printer will not let me (HP C5180). Please explain i
detail.
