Avery L-7452-5, template not in label options in Word?

I need to print File Tab Labels on Avery Labels, Software Code L7452-5
however the template does not appear in the list of Avery labels?

Can anyone help?

Thanks for that it did help, gave me the idea to call Avery and they e-mailed
me the template.

Avery has word templates you can download. I went to Avery and typed this
lable number in and they didn't have it. Are you sure it's "Avery"?

Avery has some labels that begin with L. I believe they are UK-based
products, not US.
