Avery labels won't print since Word XP

User upgraded from W98/Word97 to W2000/WordXP. Two of the
Avery labels she uses no longer print correctly. Have
reinstall HP5si drivers but to no avail. Anyone heard of
this and better (of course) know something to try.

Try the Avery Design Pro Software. It's a free, standalone program also
available at the Avery site. I like it much better then the Add-on.

Install the printer driver that came with Windows, not HP.

Avery.com has a different version of the Avery Wizard for Word for each
version of Word from Word 97 to Word 2003.
