Avery Labels

No matter what label I choose, Word wants my labels to be Avery Standard 5364
- Rotary Card.
I want Avery A4 and A5 sizes, J8163 - Address but Word won't let me.
Frustrating.
Word 2003 on XP

Sorry. I can't explained myseflt too well.

That's exactly what I have been doing, selectign J8163, but when I print,
the text "misses" the labels. When I go to check the labels settings, Word
has reverted to 5364 - Rotary Card. I reset to J8163, print, same thing
happens.

Try going back and selecting the label you want to use and OK that; when you
then return to the "address" screen, print, so that the change is accepted.
