Avery style

I have made a database. I have made a form for mailing labels using an Avery
size. Now I want to use a different Avery size. How do I change that
without starting over. In all of the things you can change there doesn't
seem to be a way. Can someone help or at least confirm that I do indeed have
to start over again.

Thanks,

Well you certainly DON'T have to start your entire database over! Just
create a new Report, based on the same recordsource as your current
report.

You can also open the Report in design mode and change the size and
margins, though there's nothing specific there which uses the Avery
label codes; you'll have to get a ruler and measure them.

Well, no I didn't mean the whole DB, but it would have been nice to include
a button that lets you easily change which label you want. But if starting
over is what they want it's what I'll do. Thanks for the quick response.

Avery label code isn't built in to Access; it is generated by a Wizard, and,
I suspect that Avery provided the Wizard. Seems to me, last time I used it,
that the Wizard was pretty easy to use to create a new Report for a
different type of label.
