Avg fields in a table

I have 3 fields in a table, fld 1, fld 2 and fld 3. I also have another field
called 'avg1_2_3' for which i need the avg values in fields 1, 2 and 3. I am
able to do this in forms veiw. However I would like the avg values to be
automatically calculated and stored in the table. How can i do this?
