avoiding duplicated read receipts

Hello,
i have built rules to manage read receipts and normal messages that come
from the same contact.
Read receipts should go in a folder named ..."read receipt" and messages
have to go in a folder named as the contact.
All works fine but...
Since also the read receipt is a kind of message and it comes from that
contact, the second rule take into action too. So I end up with two read
receipts: one in the "read receipt" folder and one in the "contactname"
folder.
What can I do to have only one read receipt (and only into "read receipt"
folder)?
