Avoiding overallocation in activity plans

Hello All,
We are using PWA for resourcing operational / small project teams with use
of activity plans.
This is working fine except for one problem:
Accidental overallocation/double booking of staff.

Apart from improving our own communication! what are our options when using
activity/task lists to avoid overallocation?
The only thing I can think of is to schedule a regular report which is
filtered on this, but I wondered if there was any other way to force project
to NOT ALLOW double booking/overallocation when booking/assigning staff??

Hi Alice,

There are no smarts in Activity Plans around resource capacity planning.
You can however get visibility of resource work and availability from the
resource centre views as they include information from these plans.
