AxMicrosoft.office.interop.owc11 vs AxOWC11

In one of my application, I add owc 11's pivottable on the toolbox of VS.NET
2005 IDE, and drop the pivottable to my form. Then the application create an
interop automatically, that is, the AxMicrosoft.office.interop.owc11.



But in another application of mine, I do the totally same thing, but the
application create annother interop: AxOWC11



My question:

1.What's the diffrent of AxMicrosoft.office.interop.owc11 vs AxOWC11?

2.Why in one application, the IDE create the
AxMicrosoft.office.interop.owc11, and only AxMicrosoft Namespace could be
found. But in another application, the IDE create the AxOWC11, ando only
AxOWC11 Namespace could be found?
