B/W color in office

Hi everybody,
recently I discovered following problem in my Office 2003 installation.
Whenever I want to make any colour drawing using built-in features of any
office applications or want to make text in colour I cannot make them
coloured. Not depending which colour I choose, apps shows only b/w, but on
the print-outs I see normal colour etc.
Full reinstallation didn't do the work
Is there any ideas how to fix it?

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility
Options | Display | uncheck the "Use high contrast" box | OK.
