Back and Forward arrow icons on Standard Toolbar dissapeared.

I reloaded Front Page 2000 and everything seems ok except that the Back and Forward arrows in the Standard Toolbar have dissapeared. Any ideas?

View Toolbars Customize Commands (in the View bucket)
- drag them back onto your toolbar where you want them
