back ground sound

How can you have FP put in background sound so that it will play on IE, Netscape, and FireFox? I tried to do this by using the HMTL<bgsound/> and then after that <embed/>. The sound played okay on the non-IE, but on IE even though it was not looped it would loop and after the first two loops it would start to overlap so that it was starting the second loop a few seconds after the first one. Now I just have the <bgsound/> so that IE plays it.

Yes, that will happen because IE supports both ways of playing music.
