HELP
I have an important word document that gets changes twice a day. I
want to keep the curent version to always come up when opened. However
I want to keep a copy of the previous version (or a backup when saved
in a separtste folder with date created on it). I want this to be saved
into
an "archive folder" with the current date on it.
Anyway word can achieve this?
I suppose this is a little like tracking changes - but I need them as
separte documents.
I am Using word 2000.
