back up calander

I need to make a cd or floppy disc of the calander,but it
would copy only the calander itself,and not the
contents,meaning what I wrote in it.
any ideas as of how to save the contents on cd/floppy?

Save it as a pst file. go to file, import and export then
follow the instruction on exporting file to pst
